All orders are FOB Londonderry, Vermont. Vermont residents must add 6% Sales Tax.

When you place an order a 50% deposit is required. You may pay by personal check through the mail.

Upon receipt of your deposit, your furniture will be scheduled for construction and you will be informed of an estimated completion date. Depending on the time of the year and workload, this may be between 8 to 14 weeks. Remember, I work alone and fine craftsmanship is something that cannot be rushed.

There are three possible shipping methods:

1. Customer pick-up - You may pick-up your piece at my shop/showroom in Londonderry, Vermont. Orders picked-up at the shop are subject to 5% Vermont Sales Tax.

2. Delivery to customer by me - This service is available to customers within a 4-5 hour drive of Londonderry, Vermont. This includes: MA, CT, NY and NJ.
Please call for a delivery quote.

3. Commercial Delivery/Moving Service - This is often an economical and reliable method for shipping long distances. For example, I shipped four chairs to California recently at a cost of $60.00 per chair. This price is usually less for areas closer to Vermont. All shipments are packed with utmost care and insured for the total cost of the piece of furniture.

Balance is due when picked-up by customer or receipt when delivery by me. In the case of commercial delivery, balance is due one week prior to shipment.
